Educational disclaimer

STEM Singh is an independent educational project and a work in progress. Its content is intended to support curiosity, investigation and learning. It is not a substitute for classroom teaching, teacher assessment or an approved exam specification.

Curriculum and content

We develop content with reference to England's curriculum, beginning with KS3 Science. Descriptions such as “curriculum-informed” do not mean the project has been endorsed, certified or reviewed by the Department for Education or by any exam board. Some lessons and topics may contain errors or omissions; please tell us if you find any.

Simulations are simplified

Interactive laboratories and Discovery Worlds are educational models intended to demonstrate concepts. They may simplify physical, chemical, biological or mathematical relationships, or emphasise differences to make them easier to see. Do not use the models as design, engineering, electrical safety, medical, laboratory or operational decision tools.

Real-world practical work

Do not copy experimental activities involving electricity, chemicals, heat, tools or other hazards without suitable adult supervision, appropriate school or laboratory arrangements, and relevant safety precautions. Virtual models do not establish that real-world experiments are safe.

Children's safety and online services

The student app does not require an account or provide public chat. Children should still ask a parent, carer or teacher before following external links, contacting us or sharing information.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the student edition free and accessible, but features can change while testing and improvements are ongoing. Local progress may be lost if device storage is cleared; use the app's backup function. Report issues to [email protected].
